• To bring in fresh talent from institutions of higher learning (e.g. universities) and develop promising graduates for future leadership and organizational critical positions.




• Participants are rotated to various departments to expose them to different business and management processes. This will help program participants develop a holistic view of the business and build important people relationships before spending their final rotation at the destination function.

• Commercial Trainee will be rotated to different functions where they will be exposed to on-the-job learning and getting to know the people
  


Requirements:



• Major in Finance, International Trade, International Economics xxxxx;

• Some commercial background; prior internship experience in a trading or brokerage institution a plus;

• Should have a basic understanding of macro- economics and finance;

• Comfortable with numbers; enjoys problem solving and intellectual challenge;

• Flexible nature; able to adapt quickly to changing environment;

• Works well within a team; confident to voice opinion and open to being challenged;

• Good communicator; able to articulate complex situations in a concise and clear manner;

• Good command of English language;

• Highly proficient in excel and powerpoint.
