Trainee 培训生 - Customer Service Agent (Based in Pudong Airport)
Job Descriptions:
a) Work closely with Singapore Airline's service partners on the end to end flight process including check-in, boarding and lounge so as to ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers.
b) Ensure the safety and security of our flight operations.
c) Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the punctual departure of our flights.
d) Perform administrative duties such as flight filing, invoice verification
e) Undergo on the job training and attachment programme at various Singapore Airlines passenger and cargo business units which may include Reservation & Ticketing, Airport Operations, Sales, Marketing & Public Relations, E-Commerce, HR/Admin and Finance.
f) Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
g) Work alongside line managers to support business unit functions and perform analysis and research where needed
h) Develop and execute business development plans to grow new market segments
i) Passenger servicing areas will include attending to passenger enquirers, and air travel booking and ticket-related transactions, where assigned.
j) Any other projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
a) Bachelor Degree from reputable university
b) Strong command of oral and written English and Chinese
c) 2-year working experience and knowledge of new digital technology is preferable
d) Strong analytical skills and leadership qualities
e) Hard working and good team player
f) National mobility
