• Good interpersonal skills, honest and responsible.

• Fluently Speaking English is a must

Responsibility:

• Making official Inspection report according the handwriting report and picture from the QC
  

• Air-tickets booking according to inspection schedule (every Wed)

• Inspection Request & PO to all QC each week

• Inspection statistic, such as accept / pending/ reject / pick samples / MIS + orders quantity which were inspected. (Chart 1: based on every month + Chart: 2: based on every week)

• all the other tasks from QC supervisor

工作职责：

• 根据验货员的图片和手写报告，编辑撰写正式的验货报告；

• 按照验货行程预定机票；

• 每周发送验货申请单和订单信息给验货员；

• 统计验货数据，包括通过、待定、不合格、取样品、放空情况（表一：月表；表二：周表）；

• 协助部门主管完成其他的工作。
