Responsibility:


  • Order Execution
  • Drive the entire process of purchasing and exporting orders execution
  • Follow up order placement, production, QC, shipment, document and payment
  • Handle all the related issues during the process
  • Coordinate with suppliers to solve problems and improve efficiency

  • Order Management
  • Manage the complex status, data and files of multiple orders
  • Support with strategic information and summary reports
  • Build and maintain business relationships with suppliers


  • Product Development
  • Sourcing, negotiation and supplier development
  • Sample, quotation and project management


  • Office Support
  • General office assistance
  • Team cooperation


Requirement:

  • Fluent English speaker and good communicator
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Detailed, organized and good coordinating skills
  • Problem-solving and multi-tasking ability
  • Experienced in exporting or trading business (minimum 3 years)
