Key responsibilities:
1.Prepare for various reports such as daily, weekly and monthly reports related to sales support (data collected and consolidated by internal &external);
2.Design Monthly report by channel performance, team/individual sales performance, product mix performance and ROI for various activities;
3.Yearly target split by channel by product (sales/expense/distribution…) and tracking the results;
4.Be responsible for verification process management, control claim pacing and optimize the efficiency;
5.Give suggestion on business management of offline distributor and tracking the improvement;
6.Contract management
7.Well Communicate with internal and external customer to help sales team hit/overfulfil the target;
8.Other Admin work to support sales team for travelling plan and expense control, etc;

1.Strong analytical skills to identify issues and draw insight from business operation (both online & offline)
2.Be sensitive to numbers
3.Strong process control and management skill
4.Team work spirit, great at cross functional cooperation (internal & external)
5.Full of ownership, be patient and results oriented
Experience & Qualification:
1.Bachelor’s degree required
2.More than 3 years working experience in FMCG
3.Proficient in OFFICE software, such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
4.Have experience with SOP or Finance is a value added
