Responsible for the company's Russian foreign trade business, including communication and exchange with Russian customers, understanding customer needs, reaching cooperation intentions, and completing sales tasks.
Main responsibilities:
-Understand the Russian language market, be familiar with Russian customers, and establish good customer relationships;
-Communicate with Russian clients via email and phone to understand their needs and provide solutions;
-Quotation, negotiation, and reaching a cooperation intention;
-Track project progress to ensure that the project is completed according to plan;
-Complete sales tasks, maintain customer relationships, and continuously optimize sales strategies.
Job requirements:
-Fluent in Russian listening, speaking, reading, and writing, possessing certain abilities in Russian reading and writing;
-Understand the basic process of foreign trade business and have strong communication skills;
-Having a positive mindset and a spirit of teamwork;
-Skilled in learning and possessing strong resilience against pressure;
-Have a certain level of financial knowledge and be able to understand the credit situation of customers.
