Position Description

GT&O is an organization of more than 100,000 employees and contractors worldwide. Through operations in more than 35 countries, GT&O provides end-to-end technology and fulfillment to individual consumers, small businesses, middle-market businesses and large corporations.

GZ Trade & Loan associate supports International trade and Loan business processing in GZ branch, which by performing clerical tasks including completing transactions, preparing reports, fielding communications with external or internal clients, Document filing, and other duties, as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Handle trade and Loan service transactions by completing transactional due diligence, communicating with clients, working with processing unit, etc.

Prepare related external regulatory and internal business reporting.

Provide supportive/administrative work to the team including but not limited to internal/external system enquiry/registering, document scanning/checking, mail sorting/distribution and new system/platform testing, etc.

Act as a back-up for other related job tasks in the team and cross functional support for other business.

Key Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification.

2-5 years’ relevant working experience banking operations in trade and Loan service.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated.

Strong team work spirit and ability to work under pressure.

Desired Skills

Experience in software learning techniques (such as Excel �C formula / Marco, PPT, Outlook, etc.) is strongly preferred.

Willing to learn and have desire / passion for improving professional skills and competencies.
