职位信息

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Representing Martell as regional trade ambassador.
  • Support regional trade marketing team in
    daily brand and product introduction toward wholesalers
    and consumers
  • Support region in key seasonal events such
    as MAF dinners and CNY dinners
  • Support HQ in national events such as new
    product launch in region and educational campaigns


Key Tasks:


Brand education & mentoring

1. Educate PRC regional sales force ensuring comprehensive understanding of cognac category, brand and product’s specificities & key differentiating qualities

2. In cooperation with sales force, conduct trainings and mentoring dinners for wholesalers and end consumers

3. Support HQ in key nationwide education events and campaigns

4. Implement HQ brand education assets in regional mentoring events


5. Work with local sales and regional marketing team on key events and deliver brand education

6. Build relationship with key business influencers including but not limited to Sommeliers, Chefs, F&B managers etc., to help local sales team drive business

7. Represent the brand at key regional events


Reporting

8. Update regional activities on monthly basis

9. Update competitor activities regularly

Personal Competencies :


Essential

Knowledge

  • University graduate major in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge of Wine & Spirits, preferably cognac
  • Marketing or commercial sensitivity is a plus

Skills

  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese & English
  • Ability to work in a luxury environment
  • Down to earth and self-controlled
  • Sociable personality
  • Excellent presenter with controlled communication
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude, flexible, engaged
