岗位职责：（海凯汽车零部件（上海）有限公司代招岗位）

1、对模具的可行性进行评估。

Tooling feasibility review in front of the customers and Arkal designers.

2、模具设计审核。。

Tooling design reviews from first preliminary to final and remarks to the supplier.

3、为复杂的模具设置模具概念和区域细节设计。

Setting tooling concept for complicated tools + areal detail design.

4、向部门经理和项目经理提交模具制造过程的持续状态报告。

Continuous status report of tool build process to tooling head of department and Project manager.

5、能够和供应商一起对客户设定和提出工装成本。

Ability to set and present tooling cost (CBD) with the supplier and in front of the customer.

6、参与客户现场和模具制造商的DR，包括构建过程和验收测试。

Participate in DR's at customer sites and at tool makers along the build process and in acceptance test.

7、全面负责与模具制造商的工作对接。

A-Z responsibility in front of the tool makers.

8、能够接受经常性的出差。

Ability to travl on business frequently.

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，机械工程专业（塑料工程专业优先）

Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering degree (degree in Plastic engineering advantage)

2、5年以上注塑模具、设计与制造经验。

At least 5 years experience in injection molds, design and manufacturing.

3、有海外管理模具制造商的经验。

Experience in managment tool makers overseas.

4、熟练使用NX, Catia, Cimatron、AutoCAD等软件，了解塑料及金属材料特性。

Very good CAD Capabilities NX, Catia, Cimatron or others.

5、了解汽车零部件图纸和GD&T。

Know-how and understanding Automotive parts drawing and GD&T.

6、 具备一定的英语读写能力。

Able to read and write in English.
