As our pipeline is growing, we are searching for our new Nordic/Baltic Therapeutic Area Lead within Medical Affairs, Oncology/Hematology with specific focus on Gastrointestinal and Genitourinary Cancer as well as early pipeline. The location of the role is any of the Nordic NOBA offices. In this unique role you will be responsible for leading our medical-scientific strategy in your therapeutic area for the Nordic and Baltic countries. You will be part of a large medical team and have direct reports located in the Nordics.
The role
In the role as Therapeutic Area Lead, Multi-Indications Oncology you are contributing to the clinical development of products, informing clinical practice and managing a team with the goal to achieve leadership objectives with a clear patient centric external approach. You will maintain collaborative cross-functional working relationships with internal stakeholders.
You are a medical affairs professional who will ensure close alignment between strategy and operations within each of our main areas. The aim is to increase effectiveness, create more room for innovation and external focus with clear internal cross-functional partnership and accountability.
