Objectives
This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead talent development team in China with 4 team members focusing on leadership, learning and talent management across China and those with talent development needs from centralized functions. Talent Development as a COE strives to develop, implement and facilitate strategically aligned programs to enhance and improve personal and organizational capabilities to meet the current and future business strategy needs in China.
Reporting to the Head of HR COE, this role will have significant impact on the business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- In consultation with the HR COE head, managing Talent Development strategies and activities as required, develop and facilitate learning and development programs as required by the business to be implemented in China.

- Collect and analyze business learning needs from multiple SBUs and Functions, design solutions and develop training plan include training model, execution plan and program procedure, lead vendors to roll out training programs and provide the best blended training experience to support business.
- Work out local leadership competency model with the leading of the HR COE head & SBU head as well as the guidance from the global HR network. Assesse leadership gaps, develop just in need leadership program, measure program results. Build internal leadership capability through the provision of coaching and mentoring programs within China.

- Identify and diagnose most talent gaps for critical positions by appropriate assessment tools. Design the master learning & development plan and IDP for key positions and talents to meet the gaps.

- Partner with HRBP's, and SBU’s Head, developing a process of talent review for levels in need. Build up internal talent pipelines, develop succession plan and drive talent movement.

- Provide coaching and development for TD team and build a culture of strong leadership, continuing learning and high efficiency for our team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, organizational development or related disciplines; Master’s preferred
- 8+ years of HR professional experience with a focus on Talent Development and 3+ solid team leader experience is preferred.
- Must be a team player with strong people skills, able to build relationships at all levels of the organization and ensure programs are relevant and aligned to business growth and development.
- Demonstrated experience in program development, planning and facilitation, assessment and consulting skills.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and non-verbal) in Chinese and English.
- Be able to deliver leadership & soft skills courses is preferred.
