Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-production meetings with suppliers
- Instruct factories about quality standards of the company
- Provide technical advice and suggestions to factories to improve their performance and capability and to solve garment quality problems
- Recommend how to make and improve products and their production processes
- Discuss alternatives with factories based on detail defect, following quality standards.
- Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process, help factory to use correct way to control Quality during sampling process
- Identify and provide solutions on production and manufacturing problems that might have impact on delivery and / or product quality
Requirements:
1,Understand English,can be speak and write,talk fluent;
2,strong in garment workmanship/pattern,woven prefer;
3,stable,will be 80%in office checking the sample and cooperate with the Merchandisers,20%visit factory and guide supplier how to work properly;
4,professional in textile field;
5,hard worker,willing to learn;
6,know how to do inspeciton of garment and evaluate the factory;
