Responsibilities

• MUST have ERP QA/Testing experiences

• Coordination with Local Client Team and Teams from different Geo.

• Build Good Client Relationship. Manage the day-to-day QA operations of scrum teams, technical support, risks and issues

• Manage co-located team across location with multiple Vendors/FTEs.

• Ability to bring in the teams to work in different shifts for smooth delivery.

• Lead, manage, plan, estimate and deliver the QA Teams working on Migration

• Identify the Automation Scope and support the team to identify the right Automation framework.

• Should be able to bring in Automation integrated with in QA Process to reduce manual tasks.

• Create and maintain test cases that ensure comprehensive testing according to system specifications and user stories

• Develop the test strategy for the story, incorporating the right balance of unit tests, integration/API tests, and UI tests

• Maintain communication with other team members as well as Development teams, QA teams and Product teams

• Perform all aspects of verification, including functional, regression, Automation and system testing as well as documentation review

• Design, implement and maintain complex testing environment

• Work through trade-offs when there are competing business demands

• Work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity

• Must be able to work under tight timetables and pressure situations

Basic Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study; experienced in Selenium, Java & Manual QA would be a plus.

• 7 years+ testing experience

• Good at English reading and writing. Spoken English is not necessary.

• 4-5 years’ Agile delivery experience

• Understanding of various software quality and testing methodologies

• Knowledge with developing test cases

• Experience in automation testing

• Expertise in Python scripting (added advantage)

• Experience with JIRA bug tracking system

• Capable of Script and Command Line programming (Nice to have)

• Basic Linux operation experience and debugging experience through Logs are big plus.
