Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Digital (WDPR Digital), a digital media arm of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, makes dreams come true. Through our award-winning websites and mobile applications, we provide a digital portal to such magical travel destinations as Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida, Disneyland® Resort in California and Hong Kong Disneyland®. At WDPRO, we also work closely with our brand partners to design and create websites for Disney Cruise Line®, Adventures by Disney® and Disney Vacation Club®. In order to provide exceptional creative content for our Guests online, we seek high-caliber talent to be part of our creative, technology and management teams. We are currently looking for a proven Mobile QA with the skills, vision and imagination to help drive delivery of premier Entertainment and Travel web sites and mobile applications. You will be working on the quality control of multiple medium to large-scale content and e-commerce sites.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test cases that ensure comprehensive testing according to system specifications and user stories

• Develop the test strategy for the story, incorporating the right balance of unit tests, integration/API tests, and UI tests

• Maintain communication with other team members as well as Development teams, QA teams and Product teams

• Document, troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered during testing

• Perform all aspects of verification, including functional, regression, load and system testing as well as documentation review

• Design, implement and maintain complex testing environment

• Work through trade-offs when there are competing business demands

• Maintain Disney quality

• Work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity

• Must be able to work under tight timetables and pressure situations

Basic Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study; experienced in Mobile Manual QA would be a plus

• Advanced spoken and written English/Mandarin

• 2-5 years Agile delivery experience

• Understanding of various software quality and testing methodologies

• Knowledge with developing test cases

• Experience doing manual testing of iOS and Android mobile applications (Must have) using different mobile devices or tablets.

• Experience in Mobile automation testing (Nice to have)

• Experience with JIRA bug tracking system
