The Tender Strategy Manager  will work closely with the Key Account team, Business Unit, Market Access team and will be directly responsible for develop tender strategy/activities  in hospital channel.

Policy analysis and industry research

• Analyze and interpret tender/reimbursement policy and relevant policy to identify market opportunity and threat
• Anticipate policy trend according to policy analysis
• Identify business implications through policy analysis and industry research.
• Provide key insights to internal stakeholders (KA, BU, CLT, MA team)

Strategy Development and Execution

• Support KA team to build up tender strategy for AZ products  
• Manage communications to internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
• Develop value pack for AZ products, which KA use for detailing with KDM of hospital tender
• Ensure the successful execution of aligned strategy

Key Stakeholder management

• Manage engagement with Key stakeholders in Central level (VSS, NCPC…)
