The Engineering Trainee is responsible to provide support to the Corporate Engineering team with main focus on Engineering system maintenance, App development and maintenance and hotel engineering data analysis.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To troubleshoot the administer problem reported by hotel(s), coordinate and follow up with hotel(s) or related parties if required.
• Assist Operations Management team to optimize and expand the Engineering App enhancements/ developments
• Monitors and maintains data at headquarter level to ensure that the hotel data synchronized to Engineering App is accurate, reliable and intact

• Prepares different reports from Engineering App or tailor made Engineering reports for team analysis.

• Communicates with corporate system management team for system & Application upgrade / preparation, to ensure accuracy and consistency of the system
• Works together with corporate system management team for any off-site follow up actions after system / application upgrade

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Highly organized, attention to detail, patient, team player
• Self-motivated, positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (in particular for Excel, Access, Word and Power Point) and AutoCAD
