Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting Marketing Manager to achieve the KPI targets.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute VM guidelines for China & Asia market based on global standard and local needs;
• Propose and develop creative special display on seasonal basis to deliver strong branding as well as product story telling in POS level to help drive sales;
• Plan SIS and renovation projects production/installation/maintenance /quality control;
• Responsible for monthly SIS status updates and documenting;
• Plan POS promotion events and coordinate with internal teams to make sure achieve KPI targets;
• Manage transparency change over and support on in-mall advertising production and installation for nationwide;
• Responsible for the production/ordering/stock management/ delivery of VM display tools/POS material/GWP/brochures/virtue tray and make sure the deliverables meet brand standards Work closely with line manager to develop, implement and monitor trade marketing activities;
• Responsible for the set up and all VM issues for PR event/Training gathering/Promotional events and buyer meeting, etc
• Engage in market visits on a regular basis to collect market information and competitors updates
• Work closely with line manager on budget/quality control and make sure all the process and documenting meet with global requests

Requirement

• Education: University gradated major in business/marketing/design or equivalent experience
• Languages: Fluency in English
• Professional experience : 3-5 years VM or equivalent experience within an international company, watch & jewelry industry preferred

Knowledge

• Agency experience preferred
