Job Description

Purpose of job

Acts as the main person in all Service administrative work and contact point for all external and internal requests for Service. Key person for Service administrative training

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Management and monitoring of all enquiries for service.

Key Accountabilities:

Report to Service Manager and provide supports to either Service Engineers or Service Sales on the jobs such as but not limited to:
  • Documentation and filing for domestic service cases.
  • Documentation and filing for overseas service cases, as well as Grundfos sister companies’ communication.
  • Handling service requests (calls, emails, etc) and assisting service engineers in Administration jobs.
  • Preparing drawings and related paper work of assigned projects.
  • Management of Quotation – creation of quotations and tracking of quotations
  • Management of Service Orders and Service contracts including planning
  • Management of billing and invoicing
  • Management of Service related reports, eg. Forecast and other supporting reports
  • SAP CS report

Critical knowledge and experience

Industry, market and business environment

  • Good relevant experience, preferable with an engineering background. Those not from engineering background are welcome.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP or other integrated system - preferred.
  • Most likely to have 3-7 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.

Preferred education

Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
