Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle HR and Admin. functions, including but not limited to the following: Recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, organizing staff activities
  • Supervise the office administration team (company drivers, office assistant, IT) to perform full function of office administration, e.g. transportation, maintenance, IT, and office functions
  • Maintain employee records and filings
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth running
  • Provide secretarial support and assist in personal issues for the Director
  • Prepare business correspondence and handle ad. hoc. projects as required 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent, with minimum 3 years related working experience
  • Solid knowledge in full spectrum of HR operations such as payroll, medical, MPF, etc.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills to deal with all levels of people and external parties
  • Familiar in working in a SME environment
