We are looking for a Technology Manager with experience in design and implementation of Digital Solutions. Ideally a breadth of experience across B2B and B2C market segments and with strong capabilities in project management. Candidate should have software development experience and good understanding of Chinese public Cloud infrastructure services.

Core Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a project team (and business, product and technology teams), and is responsible for the project and product management including design, build, and support phases of digital solutions.
• Be central to our success and will play a key role as we develop commercial and learning-experience technologies.
• Creates, manages and tracks technology delivery plan;
• Work with selected external partners and ensure optimal technical design, functionality, accessibility, ease of use, data security and effective communication with key internal and external stakeholders.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor degree in computer engineering or equivalent
• 5 years of technology related project management experience, education industry experience highly regarded
• Managed multi-vendor technology delivery project; a breadth of experience across B2B and B2C market segments and with strong capabilities in project management
• Managed project budget and reporting
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (SCRUM preferred)
• Design and implementation of Cloud based digital solutions
• Ability to engage and manage senior-level client relationships and stakeholders
• Experience with full lifecycle application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc.)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of SQL database technologies
• Familiar with Java, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS development, preferably with HTML5/CSS3 exposure
• Data Integration experience and strong knowledge of Microservices architectures, ideally designing solutions
• Cloud Architecture experience ideally with Alicloud or AWS
• Systems and Integration Testing - Solution Architecture/Design experience will be highly regarded
• Advanced in English and Mandarin.
