Your Key Responsibilities

• Experience in SAP QM implementation, complex enhancement and system support.
• Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements especially in the area of manufacturing processes and provide the system solutions from SAP QM perspective.
• Conduct the workshop to collect the business requirements and then document the business requirements.
• Identify and understand the business requirements. Map and translate the business requirements into system design.
• Identify the gaps, understand the issues and provide system solutions; as Functional Solution Architecture.
• Document the functional designs, business blueprints, functional specifications, test cases and etc.
• Design and configure the system, customizing to satisfy the business requirements, perform unit testing and system integration testing.
• Initiate and lead the user acceptance testing and conduct training as required.
• Communicate to and liaise with the technical team on the system developments and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the business leads and team members to review, identify and resolve the challenges.
• Adhere to the customer standard guidelines and procedures.
• Demonstrate the good attitude, be resourceful, manage multiple deliverables at the same time.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Strong knowledge in SAP QM in manufacturing processes.
• Integration knowledge for SAP QM and SAP PP-PI is important.
• Understanding of SAP QM processes integration to SAP LE and SAP WM.
• Preferable with SAP PP-PI skill.
