Responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
• Be involved in the financial management of clients
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
• Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
• Train, coach, and supervise staff
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Responsibility Familiar with mainstream architectures of web application, and master one or two of them very well. Responsible for leading the design, development, delivery and maintenance of the software applications. Evaluate and select alternative technical solutions for identified requirements with good knowledge of Web application development. Work with the onshore team to consolidate business requirements into product features, acting as a bridge between business and technical domains. Resolve technical issues and provide technical support. Provide technical guidance and assistance to other software engineers.



Qualification Bachelor degree in computer science or a related discipline. Above 8 years’ related working experience. Have experience in leading 10+ developers of a software analysis and design team. Have very good understandings of the software life cycle development process. Must be well versed in the software development analysis and design. Must have a strong technical background in J2EE, JavaScript ，Node.JS， Spring, Hibernate, Webservice, Oracle/DB2, NoSQL, WebSphere/Jboss/Weblogic. Qualified spoken and written English skills. Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills. Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Good teamwork spirit. Experience in cloud computing is preferred.
