Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Train and lead staff
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

New Ventures identifies, develops, and commercializes technology-enabled solutions that deliver PwC value, knowledge, and experience to our clients. Each new solution focuses on data-driven platforms or other IP-based solutions that leverage emerging technologies and new business models. Through the process of building new solutions, we foster a culture of innovation within the Firm, extend brand relevance in the market, and generate new revenue.
The position is responsible for gathering requirements from clients, ensure their needs are clearly understood and translate system requirements with appealing, highly usable functional and UI designs. The position will also coordinate with other global cross technical teams to assess the technical feasibility of the requirements, develop the solutions, and help validating the system from business' perspective.

Responsibilities:
· Requirements gathering, documentation, designing and implementing business solutions to meet business needs.
· Work with the business users and the technical development team to translate business requirements into design solutions.
· Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customer's business problem/goals.
· Develops understanding of the end users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data). Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.
· Prepares low fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brainstorming.
· Capable of gauging technical feasibility of the prototype.
· Presents high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the customer for review/iteration/approval.
· Capable of working directly with customers in an iterative/agile manner to dramatically improve the prototypes in a short time.
· Analysis the user story and provide the clarification to the development team, Able to explain his/her design philosophy verbally and in writing.
