Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Train and lead staff
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

BA+UI designer
1. Focus on requirements gathering, documentation, designing and implementing business solutions to meet business needs.
2. Engages with the business development team or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customer's business problem/goals. 3. Develops understanding of the end users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data). Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.
4. Prepares low fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brainstorming.
5. Capable of gauging technical feasibility of the prototype.
6. Presents high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the customer for review/iteration/approval.
7. Capable of working directly with customers in an iterative/agile manner to dramatically improve the prototypes in a short time .
8. Able to explain his/her design philosophy verbally and in writing.
Skill required:
1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail , business analyst experience is a plus.
2. Design Tools: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamwaver and Axure.
3. Strong written and verbal communication with solid presentation skills are a must.
4. Front end Technologies: In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, and JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap or any other UI frame or plugin knowledge is a big plus.
5. Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
6. Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
7. Video editing and other multimedia skills is a plus.
8. Fluent in English. Desired Experience:
1.2~5 years formal industry/professional experience as a web/mobile designer.
2. Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy.
3. Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.
4.Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android and Windows Phone.
5.Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries.
6.Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
7.Formal education in interaction design (Bachelor's/Master's) is a definite plus.
