Job Description
  • Willing to work 24x7 mode to support client as L2 agent and working in AC GZ office.
  • Good at Cantonese and English oral communication. Be able to speak with client directly.
  • Be able to guide user on AWS, Azure or Ali cloud operation. With one of above certification is prioritized.
  • Have experience on ITIL procedures and standard support model.
  • Understand cloud native development and have experience with serverless architecture.
  • Good at price model of cloud services and provide the best options to our client
