Job Description
- Willing to work 24x7 mode to support client as L2 agent and working in AC GZ office.
- Good at Cantonese and English oral communication. Be able to speak with client directly.
- Be able to guide user on AWS, Azure or Ali cloud operation. With one of above certification is prioritized.
- Have experience on ITIL procedures and standard support model.
- Understand cloud native development and have experience with serverless architecture.
- Good at price model of cloud services and provide the best options to our client
