Position: Cloud Sales Representative (영업 대표)
Primary job duty is to sell cloud platform portfolio (IaaS, PaaS, DBaaS) and related services in a defined territory. As a sales rep at Oracle Technology Cloud, you will have exciting opportunity to drive the growth with the future of an emerging and industry leading technology. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Drive adoption, and market penetration. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue and consumption growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience including technology sales experience. Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new and expanding Oracle cloud business. Business development, prospecting and presentation skills. Consultative sales skills. Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability. Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development. Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Job Requirement:
- Above 5 years of experience in direct software and/or cloud sales.
- Good track record in a sales driven organization, ideally selling IT/Technology related products/services
- Consultative sales skills and experiences with rich business background strongly preferred to drive an engagement at the CxO level as well as key IT stakeholders
- Excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge of Oracle products will be useful though not essential
- In addition, energy, passion, enthusiasm, commitment & flexibility essential to be successful in this role.
