Job Description
Technicien de Maintenance Localisation : Montrottier Description du poste : Réaliser toutes les actions de maintenance curatives et préventives afin de garantir une disponibilité maximale des équipements de production. Cela selon les exigences de sécurité et de qualité de EATON. Responsabilités : Exécuter efficacement les interventions de maintenance préventives et curatives, avec une spécialité sur les systèmes automatisés/robotisés Réaliser les comptes rendus d'intervention pour analyse (proposition d'amélioration d'intervention, machines ou plan de maintenance). Utiliser la GMAO faciliworks pour réaliser les plans de maintennce, éditer les ordres de travail, faire les comptes rendus et tenir à jour le stock de PDR. Déclencher le support des fabricants/prestataires pour l'aide aux diagnostics, les interventions sur site et la réalisation des devis de pièces de rechange. Etre force de proposition dans un esprit d'amélioration continue (amelioration des activités de maintenance, process, autre). Participer aux chantiers 5S et RIE afin de garantir un environnement de travail propre et sure. Appliquer toutes les règles de sécurité lors de ses interventions selon le MESH EATON; ( EPI, LOTO, ...). Appliquer toutes les procédures de travail qui lui incombent lors de ses interventions. #LI-JN1 Qualifications Qualifications : Vous possédez un Bac +2 ou un Bac +3 avec une spécialisation en électrotechnique, robotique, automatisme ou méthode maintenance. Vous avez idéalement entre 2 et 5 ans d'expérience dans ce domaine mais nous serons attentifs à toutes candidatures pertinentes. Vous avez des connaissances techniques en automatisme, robotique, électrotechnique, pneumatique et mécanique. Vous avez déjà travaillé sur certains des outils suivants : SIEMENS PLC, KUKA/STAUBLI Robot, GMAO, SAP, STEP7, Unity Pro, Proface.
