1.    根据文件或工程师指示进行实验或试验
2.    协助工程师进行故障排除和初步工艺调查
3.    协助工程师建立实验室工作流程并监控实验室程序的有效性

资格和技能
1. 大专学历，如果有丰富的实验室经验，可以放宽教育背景。对于一些高中学历候选人，需要2年以上的实验室经验。
2. 良好的沟通能力，熟练使用office365软件
3. 能够观察工作中的异常情况，并在工程师的指导下完成工作。
4. 能够带领团队成员按时完成工作
5. 领导安排的其他事宜
