? Technical support and service on new and existing activities, in close cooperation in order to enhance business relationship with customer.
? Handle products quality complaints correctly in time, ensure customer complaint settle in professional & timely manner to achieve global complaint processing target
? Review the technical overview on new sample request, as well as providing technical support on failed sample to be follow up, to improve sample success rate and develop new customers.
? Identify and define of technical development goals based on local and global strategy for Methacrylate’s adapted to Asia customers‘ requirements.
? Provide technical service and technical presentations to customers and distributors - travel with business team to present latest technology and innovation solution, represent Methacrylate Technology and Product of Evonik at trade shows, conferences, meetings
? Keep close contact with Applied Technology team in Europe as well as plant responsibles in Asia, in order to support and provide technical service in Asia Region
? Support Bulk Monomer Asia projects, provide ideas or suggestions to realize business growth, cost optimization or new business opportunies
任职要求:
? University graduate with Chemistry degree, and Master degree would be an advantage. Minimum 3-5 years working experience related in polymer related industries, preferable experience in paint & coating's resin/emulsion, adhesive and composite.
? Affinity to our products and customers industries as well as a passion for giving customers technical advice, Familiarity with Coating Industry and related Industry;
? People who can move confidently in a versatile, open, and international organization, who enjoy different cultures and cross-team cooperation.
? People with the sense of team spirits and open to changes;
? Fluent in both oral and written English;
