Technical Writer技术文档工程师

Duties


  • Creating technical documentation for Feed machine, Extruding machine Conveyor and drying machines.
  • 制作饲料、膨化、输送和烘干等设备的下列技术文档：
  • Operating manual. 使用说明书
  • Spare part catalogue. 备件手册
  • Engineering document. 工程文件
  • Based on requirement, translate technical documents between Chinese and English.
  • 基于需求，对技术文档进行中英互译；
  • Make sure the output is well-formed in line with Buhler regulation.
  • 确保输出的文档格式规范，符合公司规定；
  • Collaborate with R&D engineers locally and product manager globally.
  • 与本土的研发工程师和全球的产品经理协作；
  • Maintain database of product documents.
  • 维护产品信息系统中的产品文件数据库；
  • Contribute to Buhler terminology development and management.
  • 对公司的技术术语词典的开发和管理做出应有的贡献；
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.
  • 上级分配的其他任务。



Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering.
  • 本科及以上学历，电气工程，机械设计以及相关专业；
  • More than 3 years’ working experiences in machinery industry.
  • 3年以上机械行业的相关工作经验；
  • Good English in reading and writing, good at speaking is preferred.
  • 良好的英语听说写能力；
  • Familiar with MS Office, Basic knowledge in 2D and 3D engineering tools.
  • 熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件， 有一定2D和3D制图基础；
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills giving high attention to detail.
  • 有较强的写作、编辑和校对能力，高度关注细节；
  • Good at communication and team work.
  • 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
