As a Technical Writer, you will be working on technical writing for manuals, box and various labels that a consumer product requires. You will be working with both internal teams and suppliers to verify user and product information that appears on artworks. You must have excellent tool and communication skills, as well as details oriented to deliver all artwork on time and meet quality criteria.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit user documentation in English according to technical writing guidelines, templates, UX and test reports, and working samples.
• Work actively with illustrators to create user documentation and design layout.
• Communicate with product managers, quality engineers and suppliers in defining product features, functions, requirements, and designs in an active manner.
• Improve documentation through review and feedback.
• Ensure information consistency in all artworks.
• Deliver and archive on time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable working in Adobe Suite, especially Indesign and AI.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English. CET-6 or above.
• Strong technical knowledge and technical writing skills of consumer products.
• Ability to lead improvement of user documents based on consumer feedbacks/reviews.
• Detail oriented & logical mind.
