Responsibilities:

• Function as Product Marketing and work in partnership with Engineering Leads to project plan and develop high quality product documentation.

• Provide product pre-kit to Sales & Marketing team, including Product brief, Product introduction PPT, Technical White Paper, User Guide, Test Report and etc. according to communicate with R&D engineers both in English and Chinese version;

• Collect market intelligence, e.g. competitor comparison for flash-based storage product;

• Responsible for the knowledge transfer towards clients and FAEs, e.g. communication/presentation/demonstration/user training;

• Works on related projects and/or assignments as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Product Marketing/Technical Writer/Development;

• Solid basic knowledge of Storage and Flash is required, plus a strong background at least 2 others of the following areas: SSD, RAID, SAN, NAS, distributed file system, Server SAN, all Flash array;

• Must be able to quickly understand complex concepts, simplify and translate them for marketing understandable language, and communicate them very clearly and effectively;

• Good at technical writing with Word or PPT, as well as exceptionally strong English writing ability is a firm requirement;

• R&D experience is a plus.
  

Education Requirements:

• Required: Bachelor's degree, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

• Required: CET-6, Good English communication skills.
