Job Description
- Responsible for formulating the plan and supervising the implementation of the company's technical training according to the company's strategy, position and staff's development needs;
- Responsible for establishing and improving technical training system, system and process, formulating training plans and budgets at all stages, and supervising the implementation of technical training plans and programs;
- Responsible for the establishment and improvement of technical training archives, course database, lecturer database, and the formation of an effective training resource management system;
- Responsible for the integration of internal and external training teachers and other resources, establish staff training platform, and comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality and professional skills of employees;
- Understand the specific working methods and characteristics of personnel in different positions, coordinate and formulate the corresponding technical training content;
- Investigate the technical training needs of the whole company and departments, analyze the situation of personnel positions, supervise the departments to implement the technical training work conscientiously, and continuously improve the overall quality of personnel;
- Responsible for the development, teaching and evaluation of daily technical training courses and thematic courses, formulate corresponding training strategies and training system, and ensure the effective implementation of various training work;
- Establish an effective feedback mechanism for technical training, and effectively evaluate and feedback the training effect;
Continuously optimize the technical training system to keep up with business development needs.
Working Experience:1. With rich experience in training project planning and implementation, it can rationally collocate personnel and allocate resources according to the requirements of strategic planning to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives. 2.Good training concept, excellent training skills and communication skills, strong written and oral expression skills; 3. Good planning and planning ability, active and positive service consciousness and working attitude;
Skill & Knowledge: 1. Good communication skill in English.
