RESPONSIBILITIES：

Rotate and develop within the first 2 years across R&D and Plants in Greater China, which cover but not limit to the areas of Research & Development in Labs, Process Engineering in productions


REQUIREMENTS：

• Master/PhD Degree majored in Chemistry, Chemical Science, Polymer, Material Science or

Chemical Engineering；

• Independently carry out organic synthesis work，and conduct chemical trials by following

general directions, evaluate trial results, document and report properly;

• Independently carry out analytical investigation and characterization of chemicals;

• Independently manage projects and project team, be provocative to achieve the targets;

• Make sure that safety regulations and company requirements are strictly followed;

• Support production proactively；

• Quick learner, self-starter, eager to develop；

• Open to new things, creative and forward thinking, and also down to earth to get things done；

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills；

• Good team player, willing to share and help others；

• Proficient in English
