Mission:

PTS supervisor (Technical Support Supervisor)is responsible for managing 1st support-related issues, who acts as an interface with internal & external customer, aiming at resolving basic technical requests and identifying the requests to be escalated to 2nd support and headquarters. The goal of the service is to impact positively on the operation and maintenance tasks as well as execution of support agreement signed with external customers.


This objective is achieved by reducing the time that internal and external customers are waiting for an answer (procedure, instruction, …) and by lowering the resolution time related to an incident. For some cases, he or she is expected to provide site troubleshooting service if needed. In addition, under certain scenarios, he or she will be serving as a focal point between local team and specialists/teams who work in headquarters.


Key Deliverables:

  • Providing/Supporting troubleshooting service of wind turbine to internal & external customer.

  • Providing consultant service to external customer in terms of retrofit and new solutions aiming at improving wind turbine’s performance.

  • Providing spare parts and tooling related service to both internal & external customer.

  • Supporting in wind turbines software updating related service to internal & external customer.

  • Supporting in root cause analysis service.


Job Responsibilities:


  • To handle the basic technical support task of day-to-day work, including but not limited to electrical issues, mechanical issues and software issues of wind turbines.

  • To coordinate local resources and that of headquarters to shorten the solutions’ lead time

  • To ensure the smooth execution of technical support contract signed with external customer.

  • To satisfy external customer with excellent and value-added service

  • Protection of intelligence property in the course of knowledge delivery to external customer.

  • To ensure safety and environmental requirements are complied.


Qualification Required:


  • BS+ degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Renewable Engineering;

  • 5+ years working experience in Industrial section including 2+ years experience in Wind technology;

  • Used to engage in site work of wind turbines such as sales supporting, commissioning, trouble shooting, etc;

  • Good work attitude, teamwork awareness and customer-oriented sense;

  • Fluent English (written & verbal);

  • Good communication skills;

  • Self-motivated initiative and problem-solving capability;

  • Willingness & ability to travel both internationally and in domestic;

  • Offshore wind farm-related experience preferred.
