Responsibilities / 职位描述：

• Manage the Technical Support team to ensure efficient work
• 支持团队的日常管理，确保技术支持工作的有效进行；
• Follow up company and department strategy plan
• 队成员传达公司及部门的策略计划并执行；
• Organize team training to improve the team's professional skills and service capabilities
• 团队培训，提高团队专业技术及服务能力；
• To coordinate with other departments，Participated in the cross function of other departments of the company, such as the Marketing
• 他相关部门工作的协调并参与公司其他部门如市场部的cross function相关工作；
• Optimize the workflow

• Provide professional technical advice and Suggestions to customers, agents and internal staff, such as Product selection, use process, troubleshooting and technical and scientific issues to help them better use CST products
• 户，代理商及公司内部人员提供专业的技术咨询和建议。如产品选择、使用、疑难解答及技术及科学相关问题，帮助用户更好地使用CST产品；
• Dealt with product complaints and help customers solve problems in the experiment
• 产品投诉，帮助客户解决实验中存在的问题；
• To conducted customers and complete technical advertorials and promote them to social media, such as WeChat, etc.
• 客户教育，撰写技术性软文，推广至社交媒体，如微信等；
• To make localized technical education tools for Chinese customers, such as single page, manual, etc.
• 中国客户需要的本土化的技术教育工具，如单页，手册等；
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by company
• 公司交办的其他工作；

Qualification / 能力要求：

• Ph.D. Degree or above in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Cancer Research or related fields;
• 及以上学历，主修细胞生物学，生物化学，免疫学，癌症研究或相关专业；
• 3-5 years of working experience (Management experience is preferred)
• 5年工作经验；（有带人经验优先考虑）
• Strong technical background in cell signaling research is required
• 实的细胞信号研究的技术背景
• Be skilled in the application of Western blot, IP, ChIP, IHC and IF etc
• 练掌握免疫印迹，IP，芯片，IHC和IF等的应用
• Be sensitive to academic hot spots and keep abreast of industry trends
• 术热点敏感，及时掌握行业动态
• Good English reading, writing and communication skills
• 的英文读写沟通能力
• Should have team work spirit, work actively
• 队合作意识，工作积极、主动
• Strong learning capability and innovation sense
