Job Description
Miramar Travel is a member of Henderson Land Group and is one of the largest travel groups in Hong Kong. We aim to provide professional and comprehensive one-stop travel services for both leisure and business travelers. To cope with our rapid expansion, we are looking for high caliber to join our winning team.

Responsibilities:
Perform on-site hardware service support and troubleshooting

PC hardware and basic software installation, data migration and relocation

PC hardware maintenance and support services

Identify problems which are related to software and hardware

Requirements:
Strong analysis and problem solving skills

1-2 years relevant experience in Technical Support. Fresh graduates are welcome

Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Workstation OS, Microsoft Office and Windows Application

Good knowledge of TCP / IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology

Independent, hardworking, mature and able to work under pressure

Immediate available is highly preferred
