Job description
? Attend to technical/engineering enquiry from airline customers, Airframers and repair agencies.
? Manage technical investigation and liaison with OEM Product Support Engineers.
? Render support to the Customer Support Manager/Customer Support Director.
? Perform Aircraft-on-ground (AOG) support function during weekends & public holidays on a rotation basis within the team.
? Able to perform any Adhoc duties when required
? Able to travel to visit customers within Asia Region
Candidate skills & requirements
? Possess good communication skill and proficient in English.
? Fluent in Chinese is a plus.
? Able to work efficiently in a team-based environment.
? Proficient in using MS Office (Words, PowerPoint and Excel)
? Must be willing to commit in performing AOG support function during weekends & public holidays. (Pay Allowance provided)
? Able to travel for possible up to one month for Placement Programs in UK, Canada and France.
? Able to work independently and has initiative to take on additional roles and projects
