Job Description
Technical support engineering

Technical support engineering are responsible for ensuring safe delivery, providing setup, and education in usage of home medical equipment for our customers. Setup is done in their home, long-term care setting, clinic or any location deemed necessary to service patients.

Job Duties:

- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current company products and services offered by the company and all applicable governmental regulations
- Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures
- Manage territory to reach service goals and deliver equipment including
- Educate customers in proper use and care of RT-PCR machine and other related equipments
- Complete written patient visits reports following setup and follow-up visits as required
- Promote services and products to referral sources in the community as appropriate
- Assist with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company policies
- Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current PCR products and services offered by the company
- Assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours in accordance with company policy.
-Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required

Minimum Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or equivalency
- Entry level sales, customer service background essential
- Military, delivery driver with sales component or health care technician experience would be considered related experience
- Able to communicate in English
- Medical equipment experience preferred
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
