Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, coordinate and conduct comprehensive training programs for existing and potential customers. Utilize various training methods, tools to ensure the participants obtain the knowledge after training.
• Align with global training teams to ensure the most updated training material and technics being utilized.
• Conduct training analysis and bring out customized training solutions and context to accommodate the demand from Asian market.
• Cooperate with sales team for necessary presentation and technical clarifications to win potential orders. Assist customer service team to provide answers and feedbacks to inquiries from customers. Provide technical solutions to after-sales team for on-site installations and troubleshooting.
• Forward customer’s suggestions or requests to relevant departments for follow-up.
• Order process for regional distributors
• Provide job reports per requirement from management.
• Other tasks assigned by direct superior.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or other related major;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant display in manufacturing industry or auto repair service;

Knowledge:

• Excellent knowledge in mechanical products

Skill:

• Language: Good command of English & Mandarin both in written and oral.
• Computer skills: Mastery of MS Office software;
• Presentation skills: Good presentation skills in public.
