The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for the technical support of the Field Service Engineers as well as for training the Field Service Engineers and customers.

Technical support - Act as technical expert for dedicated product lines - Provide technical support to internal and external customers via telephone or in the field - Resolve complicated technical issues in the field, and coach Field Service Engineer in terms of technical knowledge - Feedback quality problems/ issues to Service management team as when appropriate Technical Training - Conduct technical training to internal and external customers and ensure its quality and quantity meet business expectations

学历/Education

Bachelor degree in biomedical science, engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience

相关工作经验/Related experience

3-5 years of experience as experienced in-house engineer or field technician or a comparable combination of education and experience
