1.Technical Service and Support
1)Responsible for technical service activity such as installation, preventive maintenance and repair on Fourier’s product for assigned International market.
2)Responsible for customer enquiry to diagnose technical problems of Fourier’s products to achieve high customer satisfaction and minimise downtime of installed system.
3)Responsible for service helpdesk support to ensure email, documentation and CRM are updated with latest information timely.
4)Responsible to work together with sales team to determine appropriate technical specification to distributors.
2.Service Office Management
2)Responsible for administrative of service processes and documentations of all installed system into CRM or service system for International market.
3.Service Training
Provide technical service training including installation, preventive maintenance, and repair to distributor’s or hospital technical staff.
Requirements:
1.Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical /Biomedical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
2.At least 2 years working experience as a service engineer or technician. (Preferably for medical devices)
3.Fluent spoken & written in English
4.Strong communication skill and responsible
5.Good IT skills including Microsoft offices packages and CRM
6.Required to travel overseas in short notice period (0-20% in a month)
7.Able to work independently, possess initiative and able to work as a team.
