? Provide daily Level 2 vehicle technical support to APAC markets
? Promote and manage the technical support system (eCONTACT) at region
? Support investigation of Product Quality Issues (CAGRIS report)
? Feedback issues found in Service Documents/Diagnostic Tools/Parts Catalog
? Host weekly technical support meetings with markets
? Track & report Level 1 technical support KPIs for APAC region
? Track & report Level 2 technical support KPIs
? Support Warranty regarding technical sigh to support goodwill decisions
? Participate in daily new vehicle launch field early warning meetings (FEW)
? Coordinate QIF (Quality Information Flow) to capture high detailed information about issues at filed
? Provide feedback to Training area about dealer’s technicians needs.
? Establish interaction with North America, Latam and Emea in diagnosis strategies and also escalated cases
任职要求:
? Minimum bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related degree
? 3+ years minimum experience working in automotive OEM, Dealers, supplier, Technical Service Support department
? Strong knowledge in automotive diagnosis and maintenance (electric and electronic, power train, suspension, etc)
? Knowledge with diagnostic equipment’s (OEM scanners, Dealers vehicle equipment and essential tools)
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
? Preferred experience working in automotive dealership service department
? Strong Chinese and English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
