Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to Mechanical & Production Engineering Manager.
• Carry out stock maintenance, routine check & inventory control.
• Support in data analysis, technical documentation & filing system.
• Handling ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or above in five subjects in HKDSEE or equivalent.  Tertiary education will be preferable.
• Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in industrial environment or laboratory.  Fresh graduates with proactive attitude are also welcome.
• Proficient in MS office application such as Word, Excel, Project and Chinese word processing.
• Self-motivated and can work independently under the supervision of manager.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
