Our client is a well-established distributor that is based in Asia and 30 different countries Worldwide.  Due to our company expansion for digital signage video display solutions, our technical team is looking for a new technical supervisor to assist our Overseas sales to provide more in-depth and complex solutions offerings to our distributors.

Job Description: 

-        Deliver technical solutions & presentations to clients

-        Provide training and technical support to channel partners and users 

-        Provide technical support remotely through emails and phone calls

-        Evaluate feedback and issues collected from client 

-        Give advice on the best implementation practices and solve clients' issues

Requirements: 

-        Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or relevant disciplines 

-        Technical experience in IT related product and project management

-        Conduct consulting and presentation skills is a must

-        Experience in display solution and Pre-Sales background is a definite advantage

-        Self-motivated, results-driven and committed with a “can-do” attitude

-        Willing to travel

-        Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
