As a Technical Sales-Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing professional technical solutions for robotic system focusing on auto tier one industry to serve customer needs, initiatively & effectively communicating and establishing a good relationship with the customer; good management capacity to lead several persons to focus on a specific task/industrial field, for Robotics & Discrete Automation in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you will prepare professional technical proposals for robotic application systems, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, low risk, and ease of operation.

Your responsibilities

• Leading several persons to focus on specific task/industrial field to fulfill the annual target
• Preparing professional technical proposals for robotic application systems, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, low risk, and ease of operation
• Providing technical and experienced inputs to customer inquiry/feedback review, and converting this information into an engineering offer with a logical cost estimation
• Ensuring that design and engineering is by applicable codes, standards, practices, and contractual requirements
• Preparing the technical presentations and present to customers. Providing customers with professional consultation
• Leading the preparation of technical documentation for the delivered system
• Preparing the cost calculation of system to support sales’ offer
• Developing and maintaining the customer relationship from technical side. Performing other support sales relevant as required

Your background

• 5 to 8 years of experience in the assembly application, experience of automotive industry or robotics preferred
• 1 to 2 years of management experiences, good management skills.
• Good English communication abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills
