Responsibilities:
Define the yearly and quarterly target base on KPIs control and report the KPIs;
Follow the internal process base on IATF16949 and customer request;
Follow the order and turnover, and identify corrective actions to avoid deviation;
Marketing analysis in Wallbox, Charge cable, and pot. Business field (construction machinary)
Detail involves the customer new project development (design);
Define the yearly turnover and ECS customer strategy for each region;
Calculate the sales price based ECS Standard, negotiation sales price with customer;
Define the scale price with GM/BD directors;
Identify the necessary exhibition, make visit reports, follow up the offers;
Coordinate the sales price between Era Bremi and Mennekes;
Optimize the project cost with team, define the sales contract (delivery, payment term…)
Follow up the customer payment
Requirments:
Experience Sales Automotive around more than 3 years
Major in Electric
Knowledge/ Experience about Connector
Experience by Calculation
Experience Automotive Standards
Team Player
Be able to travelling any time
Focusing at the Targets
Both Oral and writing in English/ Chinese
Experience Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Prefer living around 50km Suzhou
Self-confident in front of Customer
Experience with abroad customer
