Job Description
iSoftStone is searching for a Technical Recruiter to join the Worldwide Services department in our Beijing Headquarters. In this position you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and screening candidates for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, system administrators, computer programmers, and database administrators.

Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, internet sites, job boards, social media and other possible channels.

- Review and understand applicant technical requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups and job sites.

- Review applicant resumes and screen them.

- Conduct phone interviews with the applicants that meet the technical requirements.

- Review, reformat and present resumes of potential candidates to the hiring managers.

- Arrange interviews with the hiring managers by coordinating schedules and instructing candidates regarding the nature of the job and the interview details.

- Follow up with candidates.

Qualifications:
- Chinese (Mandarin) native speaker
- Full work proficiency in English (both written and oral skills)
- Good knowledge of MS Office packet
- Bachelor degree, preferred
- 1/2 years Technical Recruiting experience, preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Results driven
- Creative thinking
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
- Customer service skills
- Able to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment
