Professional with technical experience across various product categories, in particular strong knowledge in DIY/Tools/Decoration products background, knowledge in manufacturing and field experience

Key Job Responsibilities include:

• Technical support and coordination with internal/customer teams, ensuring good communications and contribute to fix any day to day issues,
• Participating to all meetings and be aware of the strategic aspects and developments with the customer.
• Participate in product’s qualifications with TCF documents review and/or collection within his/her scope,
• Contribute in ensuring compliance, safety and functionality of products working closely with local QA mgrs and internal teams,
• Contribute in understanding product needs to follow up on fit for use on site and extended / added value lab services development with on-site implications (ex: performance testing, factories’ lab qualification, collection reviews, assistance to product development …)
• Contribute to fine tune the SOP of different quality processes and facilitating the implementation with internal/external teams,
• Follow up any issues or non-conformity and participate in continuous improvement with internal / external teams,
• Identify points of improvement in the processes (IT, processes),

Other requirements include:

• Good command of spoken and written in English
• Strong industrial background, experience in production engineering ideally either on home equipment, DYI, furniture or home decoration.
• Minimum 5 years of significant experience including in manufacturing processes and on site quality management
• Familiar with product categories regulations and market constraints (EU is a must, other markets such as US, Brazil is a plus)
