1.More than 10 years proficient in silicone, injection molding, rubber hardware products molding process and mold principle and structure, silicone, injection molding, rubber hardware products and mold design has rich knowledge and experience, familiar with the production process of various products;
2.Packaging design and development experience, can independently connect with customers on packaging related technical issues;
3.Proficient in CAD drawing (UG, Pro/E, AI) and other drawing software, can carry out 2D or 3D mold design;
4. Docking with customers, fully responsible for the technical review and development of new projects, discussing technical solutions with customers, lead the project management of technology research and development;
5. Integrated important information of major customer orders, carried out technical discussions with customers and R&D departments, and formulated project risk decomposition management strategies;
6. Manage and track the project schedule, project technical issues, project risks, set project priorities, accounting and control project costs and budgets;
7. Good project management thinking, strong leadership, time management awareness, project process and risk assessment ability;
8. With operating standards and inspection standards, DFM and other technical document production experience and audit ability;
